"Resverlogix Corp" is the borrower and "Resverlogix Inc" is listed as the guarantor.

I found this great presentation the other day on Statistical Considerations in Confirmatory Clinical Trials. It talks a lot about interim analyses, a little on the importance of certian parties being blinded, and the role of the independent data monitoring committee. This would be the group that would be able to view the unblinded data, review the interim analysis and makes recommendation to steering committee.
