Okay...BDZ I sent you a PM, but I have some questions that you might be able to answer.
I get what blinded means....the company, steering comittee and all investigators are blinded to the trial data. Check, I get that.
But that data....is it being stored somewhere blindly? Is it being deposited into a data bank or something that won't be opened until the trial is over? Or is there a group, or individuals, removed from any of the blinded groups, that collect and process the data?
The loan agreement lists 4 parties...Resverlogix, "The Guarantors", The Lenders and Third Eye.
I'm just tossing this out there. Could these "Guarantors" have provided the trial data to Third Eye only? That would explain the redaction perhaps....this way the company still doesn't know any of the data, but I don't see anything in any of the protocols saying that a third party, with a third eye perhaps....that they have to be blinded.
Of course this entire thesis is dependent upon the results actually existing in some form....
