One can only buy what is for actually sale....for all anyone knows the lots available on the ask, they could be borrowed shares as well....put there to foment an impression that there's lots of shares available, put there by players already substantially short.  

After the bell I noticed the ask jump to $1.50....I don't have any faith in moves that happen outside of the trading day, but I still look.
