Yes, no doubt there is some manipulation out there. 

But whenever the stock is on a continued drift down, there are calls of manipulation.  Whenever the stock is on a continued move up, there is never a mention of manipulation. 

For this predictable drop from the high of 2.39 last week, I see no reason or evidence to reach for the manipulation explanation.
