Where is China at with Nuclear power?  Was at a speech by Gwynne Dyer a while back and he thinks the West needs to buy nuclear power plants for China and developing world because they need power and coal is too polluting for all of us.  I am sure China is building some, but I don't have the foggiest how much.  I know they start a new coal station every week!
