The link is the Mccoach email I referenced to in my post on the Discussion board (though I didn't post the whole thing). I asked what people thought, if it was alarmist. Nobody has responded! I have my fears of a 30's like Depression, but others say the safeguards are in place to prevent it. I feel our cdn banking system is practically bulletproof, but certainly don't feel the same for the US. I think having gold and silver would be a great hedge, but I don't know if it would make you rich, maybe more preserve some of your networth. Of course, that may be as good as it gets.
