Kodiak has a long history,perhaps misguided,that they have to be 100% or at least majority holder with option to acquire 100% of any holding..property etc..

At any cost..it seems..

Or at least that was the old Kodiak..Humble Pie stinks,but time to hit the hemlock and get it into our heads that we will be a minority player in M&A..

We just do not have enough bargaining chips in the game at this point ,so what ever we do we are going to be the "Weak" sister in any deal,with the cards I see at this point..The drill could change this around at any moment ,,but I am trying to see it from our present condition and situation..

I still hold all my KXL stock..haven't sold a share..

This is the way I see it today...Tomorrow the drill could change the story..
