While KXL continues to hit new 52-week lows almost daily.

If it isn't already, pretty soon KXL will be trading BELOW its cash value... That does not say much about the markets confidence in the current direction of this company IMO... Basically zero. Also, they can no longer blame this sub-par performance on 'global financial crisis'... commodities and many juniors have been trending up... KXL has not. So... what is to blame?
