I don't thnk SGX does what they did without lining up the rest of the plan.

They will do their DD on Borealis. If good then do a share consolidation of 1 for 10 leaving a SP of around .35 with only 26 million shares. Then they do a PP to raise $10 million , issuing hopefully no more than 25 million shares@ .40. This leaves a company with 50 million shares with $10million in the bank and a SP of .35-.40 and 2 projects resdy to go!
