I agree with your # 2 option,for the following reasons..

Pursuant to an agreement made with Mr. Keith Metcalfe, Kodiak has been granted an option to acquire an undivided 100% interest in 43,200 hectares...

1...Mr Keith Metcalf is now an employee of KXL....so that fits..

2...100% interest is always KXL's game...

3...43,200 Hectares...

43200 hec = 106749.524 acres

or 667 quarters..

or167 sections...

4...$10,000 in cash, such payment to be made within 10 business days after the date of acceptance

No dilution under a buck and only 150,000 shares which won't kill us..and going to an insider..

this last bit will be the only present dilution ,if they are issued soon..and only 100,ooo shares..again going to an insider who will unlikely be trading and selling right away..

So we got a good deal..

Even if there is nothing on the property..we can develop it into seniors housing for retired prairie farmers..probably make more money doing that..
