thanks to you both..... builds confidence in what I have been saying and feeling for quite some time..... so let the sellers sell.. the believers will do very well...... as coach says , this is not the usual small company where the management runs the stock and takes out the money.... instead , they are constantly putting in money..... congrats to everyone at Kodiak for doing such great work..... it appears it is hard to keep your enthusiam dampened rory and that is fine..... as pointed out , this is not just a property but actually a whole mining district that Kodiak has gobbled up.... very smart on their part..... the big payoff is coming... and maybe I can even buy some new wool pants instead of shopping at Sally Ann. haha
