Everything what you said Panamax is the best description of current situation with PEM. I am with you on everything. I also prefered right now JV. It will be much better option than take over offer. 30 Cents is nothing for OSK, if that really happens I hope for some second player that will offer more so we could at least come to 50 Cents. Of course the real value will be above 70 Cents but to speak right now about 70 Cents is miles away. So I hope for JV because then with the time we will come back to all time high and maybe even to Dollar ranges and that will be great for all us longs.
