I hope not. JV scenario is much better for PEM value. But for OSK will be better to taker over PEM right now. Even if take over price is 30 Cents it is still under $50 Millions and that is nothing because PEM explored only 10% of Idaho property with great success until now. If JV will come PEM will go explosive upside and warrants will be also exercised so all together will bring to us lot of $$$. MAX is also watching.

But if you just want to see how much will cost ounce if PEM is at 30 Cents then you will get this price: 161,633,292 * 0,3/0,775 = $62 per Ounce, so this is nothing to compare with current Gold price and that is $1662 per Ounce.
