While we are guessing, let me speculate that PEM shareholders would accept a cash payment of $.30 /share(or perhaps the equivalent value in OSK shares) for the Friday resource. But that would only be for the Friday portion of the OSZ.

That leaves the rest of the OSZ for PEM to develop and sell (or JV).
