I think you missed my point. POET could delay scheduling the AGM until later in the year in hopes of a change in the status quo. To me the biggest change that could be anticipated would be associated with a licensing agreement that both increases POETs visibility and liquidity.
The highlighted point made in my previous post was in the financials. I think repricing management and board options is a hard sell and I don't think they would want shareholders voting on this with the current sentiment. The only way that sentiment changes is if something significant is announced to push the shareprice to more reasonable levels. So why are they not waiting until the end of summer to hold the AGM especially since it is virtual and allows for workload flexibility?
