The question I have is why is this meeting being held so soon? Both TSXV and NASDAQ rules allow for AGM scheduling at a much later date.

The repriced stock options to insiders are subject to both exchange and shareholder approval. The company will seek shareholder approval at the next annual general and special meeting of shareholders.

Might there be some good news on the way to incentivize the shareholders to vote yes on the option repricing? One would think that  such news would be in the bag before announcing the AGM date.
