Wow, what a cost efficient solution.  Maybe a private jet from Singapore, Toronto and Xiamen and Harrisburg to wherever. So the management is 3 days off "on leave"  for a simple AGM.  No problem, we are a big team, plenty of management power on numerous heads,  And in our pockets there are plenty of $$s  for such a journey.
