This will be my final response on the subject.

I have no love for Mika. I like many others are down on paper 6 to 7 figures. I wasn't on the shareholders letter, but I was removed from POET's email as well. 

I also agree that him being replaced would have a positive effect on the share price. 

My issue with the post was that it indicated that it's possible that the share price rose recently becasue people thought he might leave the company and the decline over the last two days was because of the realization that he isn't? Really? Come on folks, we are better than that. 

Let's get this HORRIBLE financing closed and move forward.
