I don't know if you are aware of the animosity between Mika and some of the posters here (or, formerly here). Some of them have/had millions of dollars worth of shares. 

Mika took the time and effort to go through the list of names and emails that were on the concerned shareholder letter that was sent to the company and he removed them from Poet's email share/notification list. Mika has called out posters individually about past comments. From talking with someone in the industry, there are definitely talks and concerns about Poet's CFO. If you don't know about this then it is not your fault but it is valid and happening.

Think, who are the leaders of the company? Would you say it's the CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER? Does that title not mean something to you? Could the CFO who buried another company not be of concern to you as a shareholder? 

His termination/resignation and the appointment of a competent and well connected CFO would absolutely have an effect. Surely you can't deny that.
