It was only recently that euphoria around the prospect of TM being history was pervasive and possibly helping to lift the share price. It seemed that the closure of this private placement would include news of his retirement and this was generally viewed as a positivedevelopment.  The reality of Tom hanging around longer is now a distinct possibility.  It would seem possible that this has had an effect on trading since yesterday.
