Perhaps the topic/details of Rockley's  ability to easily raise funds  should have been in the "Off Topic Forum".

However, what it does do is dramatically highlight the difficulty Poet has had in raising funds versus the ease with which Rockley can raise monies; despite their reportedly being way behind the progress that Poet has technically achieved in having a viable line of different products.. which we are told are on the cusp of acceptance and actual production , by different, and as yet unknown, companies (excepting of course JV with Sanan). 

The comparison seems to rub salt in an open wound, especially when the CFO reportedly stated that Management and insiders would be exercising their warrants or options, following his own example and that of Suresh V. To my knowledge nobody has followed suit.
