Firms like PTK don't require big institutional investors for rapid price appreciation. For instance, LWLG is up to $8 and has only 0.2% institutional ownership. RBC AM, OTPP and CPPIB to name a few aren't involved.

What will drive the price up are sales to end clients. Those sales are slated to begin between now and Q1, 2022. Those that are confident in their investment dont need grand gestures by patient or fast money to provide  validation.
