The main reason for low volume & pathetic stock price is the warrant overhang.

Why would I pay up on a stock when I know there's millions of warrants to be exercice? 
POET, is a small cap play own by retail investors so they need to address those warrants with new large shareholders (institutions).
They need to clear that up ASAP otherwise the stock won't move.
For that to happens, you need to have access to bankers that will introduce the company to large investors.

Products may be great but if you can't reach large institutions, the value of the company will stay low.

Im a decent shareholder (500k+ shares) and I'm not here to say bad things about the company but an effort toward marketing with investors is badly needed.
