Hi Slab.

I agree with you. The JV LOI is not baked in.

The SP was $0.53 at the close the day before the JV LOI was announced.

SP today sits at $0.53 .... clearly not baked in.

There was a short lived run up to just above $0.70 the day of the news, but volume was not hugely major or sustained and the shorts could play their games.....
