Built into the share price already?

I hope everyone is staying safe!

I have seen a lot of people talking about how the Sanan JV is already built into the share price. You can't have it both ways people. There have been a number of posts talking about how it's just an LOI and not a done deal. Therefore, I don't believe this is priced in.

We should see the JV announcement by the end of next week, IMO. I think there may be some other treats for us as well to put the warrants in the money.

Call me overly optimistic, but I believe they said it was the last time they were extending the warrants because they know they would have something to announce to put the share price well above that.

Not long now.
