It wouldn't say anything to you about future prospects if the consortium balked?  It's very unlikely that all would remain at status quo. I suppose a desk could be negotiated to end up as we are now.  However, that seems unlikely. They either "close" the friggin deal or get ready for a fight. "Close" the deal!!!
