I am in another stock where the catch phrase was "in the not too distant future."  That's been mocked for about a dozen years!  

As discussed before, "closing" was not a defined term in the DL sale agreement. But NRs last Fall would have led you to believe closing was the full execution (signing) of the agreement. Hopefully that will never become an issue. 

Sula, your intent is unmistakable.  I think of my intent as injecting realism. I understand that it may be viewed as a tad pessimistic by many. My holdings of Poet stock would indicate otherwise.
