I respectfully disagree oldgreg that "Nobody is stating them as fact either"

Here again is the statement that I take exception to:

"Yes Microsoft and Facebook are engaged in discussions with POET"

 In my opinion this sounds a lot like a fact, but is not. If it is true then please cite the source.

I welcome speculation and rumors (that is what the board is about), but do take exception to them being labeled as fact.
