I wish there was a video for release. It is being looked at. And it is really why I drop hints on this forum of what it should contain. Personally  I believe we are going to see a push in the future to educate the investment community (us) before the buyer of DL is disclosed in the memorandum telling us what we are voting on. Kind of makes me think about that scene in Red October when the US sub is exposing itself for the first time to the Russian sub. One ping, one ping only... Now we are exposed for the world to see.
