Interesting thought. But then one would think that anyone who might be anticipating deals with POET would not  be allowed to  buy due to the potential  conflict of interest?

The end of the day buying yesterday was lead by UBS who  have so  far been inactive today. Their recent buying began on Sept 10. 

I believe it is an accumulative effect of the efforts made by management to educate both industry and the market.
