I agree with you LookinGlntolt.

Those might be added to your argument that POET's management did not qualify the offering of 50M under the SEC regulation "just in case" :

Preliminary Short form prospectus filled in Canada (so an offering would be valid in both countries
IR Robert Ferri's contract cut short two months before the expiration
New IR with deep contacts and knowledge in the semiconductor industry
An update from Poet early in october
Prototype to be revealed in the next 120 days
