I agree with you LookinGlntolt.
Those might be added to your argument that POET's management did not qualify the offering of 50M under the SEC regulation "just in case" :
- Preliminary Short form prospectus filled in Canada (so an offering would be valid in both countries
- IR Robert Ferri's contract cut short two months before the expiration
- New IR with deep contacts and knowledge in the semiconductor industry
- An update from Poet early in october
- Prototype to be revealed in the next 120 days
