I would suggrest that you do not care too much about this Jets

SEDAR is for Canadian issuer, it is a "place" where the issuers file their documents.

You kind of "drag and drop" your filings in (well I which it was that simple) the platform isn't that friendly.

SEDAR is simply the one-stop place to find all the documents pertaining to a canadian issuer.

POET just "checked" the wrong box while they uploaded their document, this is no big deal.

POET than made a new upload with this letter explaining that this was just a filling error and that there was no changes to the documents.

EDGAR is the US counterpart of SEDAR.

Within EDGAR, the financial statements were properly filed, no need for an explaining letter.
