Given that multiple AGM attendees reported their perception that the milestones were done, and now this wording by Chris, I think they are in fact done, and awaiting sign-off from the BoD and potential partners.

There's no way our new CEO and COO would have joined without the milestones being a done deal.

More evidence is all the warrants being exercised now, most of which aren't expiring until mid to late September and beyond. The original investors who hold those warrants are showing their confidence by continuing to provide the company more funds. I find the timing of these warrant redemptions remarkable given that we have gone more than 4 months without a substantial technical update.
