Sure some institutions might not allow buying stocks listed on the vulture exchange, but it is my understanding that $3 is the magical number for them in most cases.

Bankers fill their own pockets, period.

They don't give a crap about us retailers, or anyone else for that matter.

What they provide is capital, which they print out of thin air (hence legalized loan sharks).
