They need the backing of an investment bank with a decent research arm that can tell thestroy and get the company in front of the right type of investor. The Canadian Venture exchange is well below the radar of any institution - it is generally a "no-go" zone - as in, by fund mandate it is not investable. So we need a Nasdaq listing (that makes it investable) and some promotion. Those of us who manage money professionally would never stumble across the stock by accident. I am only here because I took a flyer on a solar stock in my PA a long time ago and neglected it.
