Falafel, welcome back, but I don't understand the above. As an example, if you want to sell 30% of your stock, you can do it by selling 300,000 shares of your 1,000,000 shares for $2 a share (a stock that has split multiple times), or you can do it by selling 3,000 shares of your 10,000 shares selling for $2,000 a piece (a stock that has never split). Either way, the company has the same market cap and you end up with the same result.
