In the midst of all this noise, I am afforded the opportunity to speculate on some of the possible uses of the POET technology. In an earlier post I alluded to the IR potential for POET:

More recently, I started thinking about the "Internet of things" and POET's potential role in this. Here's an article on Jaguar's latest navigational tool you may find interesting. I suspect our technology will enhance these types of breakthroughs if only through the shear computing speed enhancements that the optical side of this will allow.
