Dash8400: The reason I say contradictory is that POET needs a higher share price to get on the NASDAQ and clearly that will not happen unless there is something fairly significant announced. How are they going to do that without destroying the current silicon crap that will be on the store shelves?

Secrecy and a higher share price are not contradictory if they come in succession and not in parallel. I believe we are in stealth mode now which inhibits a higher share price. Stealth mode will end some day with a major revenue-related news release. Then and only then the share price will surge into NASDAQ-relevant heights, i.e. very well over 4 USD. Possibly a RS will be executed to make sure the bid price stays well over 4 USD over 90 days, but hopefully this will not be necessary.
