Agree with you for the most part. Security in the tech business supercedes everything ! As well your remark on the strained relationships etc is bang on, actually never thought of that at the forefront, but yes it does make sense.

Now this is were it gets sticky. The vagueness is possibly on purpose, either through request or plan of attack. So I know through special dispensation that the exchange will grant that vagueness. Call it redacting or whatever you like. Or is it because of multi tiered or layered NDA's ? Where virtually nothing can be said, but is said ?
