If 100nm has been achieved and tested and is production ready you would think POET would go to market with it. Unless they need to finish the TDKs for the 100nm PET product in order for clients to sign the dotted line, While the TDKs are being worked on why not progress towards lower scale, higher bandwidths and all that goes along with it. I am sure they are looking at their pockets and thinking that license deals involving income is important but at the same time so is the science. A para dime shift you say, well, better get it right the first time or, well, you know how people are, they will never look at it again because. if ya cant do it right the first time who's to say you will ever get it right and who's to say it wont have numerous pit falls lurking where no one has looked to be encountered later down the line.
