Thanks Andrea, I am comforted by your points.
There is no doubt that graphene will play a major part in future technological developments in this sector of industry and others, but I consider and agree with you that there will be some time before these amount to products.
Providing that the POET team exploits the opportunity that the limitations of silicon impose, particularly Moores Law, I firmly believe that we have a product ready to run to meet the looming opportunity before other technological advances come to the fore. I suppose that I just want POET to have a long term strategy re new technologies as its this aspect of this investment that has interested me, iits inovation and groundbreakin nature gives the feeling that I am investing in something worthwhile, as much as I would be content to make some money out of the prospect too.
I did not play a part in the betting game but from Chris Chu's comment I infer that milestones have become somewhat irrelevant in the fast pace of current developments, something is clearly going on, but Management do not want us to know just yet. Having been involved in computer development projects with the Bitish Army I know how long some of this can take. But my gut tells me we are in the end game, a previous posting elabortated on thisperhaps ''The end of the begining'
