Ultimately any offer for the purchase of POET by an acquirer has to be voted on by the shareholders.

Talk of a hostile takeover on this board is simply nonsense.

It won't and can't happen ... it would be blocked (voted down) unless the price was right.

Time to move on with other topics of interest.
