The time to negotiate must be done in plain view, with unanimous acceptance of a collective outcome which shows fairness, but not necessarily equality, among all indigenous parties. It is their own suspicions of each other that have to be resolved, and the greed among the jealous that has to contended with and mitigated so that everyone can prosper in their own right. Honour your mutual jurisdictions and respect the business privacy of the other communities involved.
