All communities of road 599 from Savant Lake to Osnaburgh (Mishkeegogamang natives) south of Pickle Lake along with Pickle Lake itself must be ( worried?, more) incensed with the negative reaction from NNEW ( Neskantaga Nibinamik Eabametoong & Webequie ) Nay-sayers to monday's announcement. The road from Ring to them would make for easier access to Ring's jobs. On flip side Marten road would mean much longer travel for them and would favour Marten members, employment wise etc.

I suspect some fur flying between the Matawa member communities if that has not happened. Perhaps it has happened already, causing  Eabametoong & Neskantaga opting out up front.
