I went back and read over the news releases and statments made by the FN and a person would assume that an E-W road is in the works. I did notice though, that the statments made by Marten Falls had no ambiguity and they, in no uncertian terms, want an N-S access road to the Ring Of Fire over their traditional territories. Marten Falls statements were vary straight forward and easy to understand. To me right now with the differrent statements made by the FN involved it really looks like the N-S route is the one that is the front runner. It will be interesting to see if the E-W route make a come back ! Den
