Two points I would make.....

1) Wynne cancelled the divestment of the ONTC when she was elelcted.

2) Suggest it would cost a lot more than $150Mil to buy...remember the amt of severance and pension benefits would have to be paid .. quotes of up to $820 Mil.

For these 2 reasons IMO this is never going to happen.
