Exactly the argument behind KWG's refusal to allow an easement to Cliffs... In no way Cliffs should be allowed to use KWG's route claims for its 100%-held Black Thor project while leaving its partner KWG drying alone with its minority Big Daddy share. KWG never intended to use its route claims for its exclusive sake. All the contrary... GLTA.
