I do not own any KWG shares, nor ever owned any Cliffs, so do not frequent their forums. But what little I know about them, Cliffs to my knowledge never publicized the access to everybody of it's proposed transportation. However KWG did, so here lies the crux of my reasoning that cooperation of Noront with KWG is not only doable but desirable. The only thing that makes me nervous about KWG is the large number of outstanding shares. On it's own it matters not, but should cooperation mean merge (or exchange of shares) then that could be unfavourable to Noront.
