That was a valid point and always worth it.

In no way can KWG use it's right of way to build a transportation route only for it's own use.

If they tried then just about every body would be screeming to high heaven that the route be taken away from them.
That route has to serve the public good and not a single user even if that user has the claims. That is the only route and it has to be taken into consideration how it was obtained. That was public land and it can not be converted to special interests if the public can not also benefit from it.

There is no other way about it.
